According to a recent Instagram post, Forrest Frank has miraculously recovered from breaking his back in a skateboarding accident a few weeks ago. Frank went on the release the songs “GOD’S GOT MY BACK” and “LEMONDADE” while healing from his injury. Released on August 1, “LEMONADE,” a collab with duo THE FIGS, quickly rose to hit No. 1 on both iTunes Overall Genre and Christian Songs charts. According to a press release, the new songs were inspired by his skateboarding accident. Frank documented the creation of "GOD'S GOT MY BACK" and documented the process of its creation from bed in videos with millions of views. "LEMONDADE" came out of organic and fun Instagram chats between FRANK and THE FIGS, proclaiming healing and joy in the midst of pain.
